Thermal Sessions
Brine baths, due to their physical and chemical properties, have beneficial regenerative and healing effects. Brines are aqueous solutions of ions mainly sodium, bromide, iodide, borate, and sulfide. At higher concentrations, the apparent reduction in body mass of a person in the bath allows for a deeply relaxing floating session. In a hot brine bath, skin osmosis delivers essential trace elements into the bloodstream. The healing effects of brine baths also last after their completion, so it is not advisable to rinse the body after finishing the bath for up to 12 hours (salt deposition in the loose skin layer), as a salt mantle forms on the skin surface.
Welcome!
